Short Term Missions

People who never experience cross-cultural missions often have doubts about it. Drawbacks can be overcome through prayers, faith and training.

Short-term missionaries become more sacrificial supporters of long term missionaries and increases a person's interest in and support missions. They bring enthusiasm for the ministry and the fellowships. Mission teaches people dependence on God. Unfamiliar languages to understand, and culture shock to overcome, they learn to turn to God for help, experience the power through prayer, love and faith.

Seeing God move in and through lives, they develop the passion for Christ and the need to share the Gospel. This love does not finish at the mission trip's end and will continue to influence more people to the short-term missions back home.
